The room offered stunning views of the skyline, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. The attentive staff provided excellent service that truly enhanced the experience, going above and beyond to meet our needs. However, the ambiance in the building felt a bit lacking, possibly due to the decor or lighting, which might not suit everyone's tastes. While the location was fantastic and connected to a mall, the overall atmosphere could be improved for a more traditional hotel feel.

The doormen rolled out the red carpet, and our spacious room flaunted a fabulous Central Park view! The thoughtful daily treats. Plus, the bathroom? Pure bliss with fancy soaps and a cozy robe!
But let’s be real, it’s a bit pricey, and my wallet felt lighter than my luggage! Next time, I might just bring a piggy bank instead of shoes!

Ideal for families who appreciate luxury
The moment we stepped in, the doormen were amazing, helping with the bags and opening doors. The room view was amazing, just like the pictures, and the generous complimentary items made our stay feel special.
It wasn't inexpensive, but still acceptable for the experience given.

My stay at the Mandarin Oriental New York felt truly special. The room offered a stunning river view, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The bed felt luxurious, and the bathroom featured a deep soaking tub, making it feel like my own personal spa. Staff were warm and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. Dining at Asiate was a highlight. the food was exquisite and the ambiance elevated the meal further. However, the room decor appeared somewhat dated in certain areas like the lounge, which could use a refresh to match the luxury vibe. Despite that, the overall experience was top-notch and the location by Columbus Circle made getting around the city easy. I would definitely return, but I hope to see some updates next time.
